1. Service scope
We provide text-to-image generation via our hosted app and API proxy to Replicate.
2. Acceptable use
- No NSFW, violence, or minor-related content. Prompts are filtered and violations are logged.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, safety filters, or fingerprinting.
- No use that infringes intellectual property or applicable laws.
3. Accounts and quotas
- Free tier: 10 generations/day when signed in, 2/day anonymous. Higher tiers may adjust limits.
- We may suspend or ban accounts/devices that repeatedly violate policies.
- Usage is logged for quota enforcement and abuse prevention.
4. Content ownership
You own the outputs you create, subject to third-party model terms (Replicate/prunaai) and any applicable IP rights in your prompts. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful.
5. Data handling
- We store prompts, generation metadata, and limited identifiers (fingerprint/IP) for safety and quotas.
- OAuth sign-in data is stored via Supabase/NextAuth; see Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from use, downtime, or generated content.
7. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
