Z-Image Turbo Privacy Policy

Effective date: Jan 20, 2025. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. Data we collect

  • Prompts and generation parameters (size, format, steps) for usage logging and abuse detection.
  • Browser fingerprint/IP (for anonymous quota and fraud prevention).
  • OAuth profile data (email, name, avatar) when you sign in via Google/GitHub.
  • Basic product analytics (page views, CTA clicks) in aggregate form.

2. How we use your data

  • Enforce quotas and rate limits (free vs signed-in tiers).
  • Detect and block policy violations (NSFW/violence/minor content, automated abuse).
  • Improve reliability and performance (latency metrics, failure logs).
  • Optional product emails (only if you opt in; currently none are sent by default).

3. Data sharing

  • Image generation is processed via Replicate (prunaai/z-image-turbo); prompts are sent to that service.
  • Authentication and storage run on Supabase/NextAuth; usage logs and violations are stored there.
  • We do not sell personal data. We only share data with subprocessors needed to run the service.

4. Security and retention

Data is stored in Supabase with access controls. Usage logs are retained as needed for quota, abuse review, and legal compliance. Violation records may be retained longer to prevent repeated abuse.

5. Your choices

  • Sign in to increase quota and avoid repeated fingerprint prompts.
  • Request deletion of your account data by contacting support (remove OAuth profile and related usage logs where allowed).
  • Stop using the service to stop new data collection; existing logs may remain as required for compliance.

6. Contact

For privacy requests, contact the Z-Image Turbo team (support@zimageturbo.io).
