Z-Image Turbo Service Terms

Effective date: Jan 20, 2025. These terms describe how we deliver the Z-Image Turbo service, what you can expect, and how we handle reliability and safety.

1. Service availability

  • We target high availability for the hosted playground and API proxy; brief maintenance windows may occur.
  • Latency targets: sub-second generations under standard presets (8 steps, 1024x1024 JPG) on the shared pool, subject to traffic and upstream provider (Replicate) status.
  • We may throttle or queue requests during load spikes to preserve stability.

2. Fair use and limits

  • Free tier: 10 generations/day when signed in, 2/day anonymous. Higher tiers may have higher limits; unlimited tiers are subject to anti-abuse controls.
  • We enforce rate limits via usage logs, IP/fingerprint checks, and may temporarily block abusive patterns.
  • No automated scraping, brute-force prompting, or attempts to bypass quotas or safety filters.

3. Safety and content standards

  • We filter NSFW, violence, and minor-related content before generation. Violations may be logged and can lead to bans/blacklisting.
  • We may review prompts and metadata for abuse detection; see the Privacy Policy for data handling.

4. Data and storage

  • We log prompts, parameters, and basic identifiers to enforce quotas and investigate abuse.
  • Image outputs are returned via Replicate; we do not guarantee persistent hosting. Download immediately if you need to keep results.

5. Performance and changes

  • Performance may vary with workload, upstream provider status, and your network.
  • We may tune defaults (steps, dimensions, formats) to balance quality and speed.
  • We may update the model version or safety rules; material changes will be communicated via the product or release notes.

6. Support

For outages or critical issues, contact the Z-Image Turbo team (support@zimageturbo.io). Free tiers receive best-effort support; paid tiers may include faster response depending on plan.
